    (Beans and Sausage)

    List of Ingredients




    2 Tsp Salad Oil
    2 Cups cooked Pinto Beans
    1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
    Salt to taste
    1 Cup cooked , drained Chorizo
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup dried, crushed cilantro
    Cheddar Cheese (garnish)

    Recipe



    In a skillet, heat oil, add cooked pinto beans and mash with a potato masher. Cook beans for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with garlic salt and salt. Add cooked and well drained Chorizo. Blend well. Add onion and cilantro. Cover, let simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve as a side dish. Garnish with shredded cheese or salsa.

    Serves 4-5
