2 (16oz) cans black eyed peas
1/2 to 3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill for 24 hours.
Remove Garlic. Chill 2 days to 2 weeks before serving.
