Pinto Bean Muffins

List of Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 Cup Mashed , cooked pinto beans
1 cup milk
4 tbsp melted fat
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder Recipe
Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, mix with milk and mashed beans. Melt fat and combine all ingredients, mixing just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill muffin tins half full and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with hot butter.
