    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs well beaten
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup canned milk
    1 cup mashed plain cooked pinto beans
    1/2 cup coconut, baker's angel flake
    2 tsp Vanilla
    1/8 tsp salt

    Mix all together well and pour in a pie dish lined with the following crust.

    2/3 cup flour
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 cup vegetable shortening

    Mix until crumbly with a table fork add 3 tbsp ice water or enough to make a soft dough, roll out on a floured board to fit pie dish. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    When cool top with dream whip.
