    List of Ingredients




    1 cup margarine , soft
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cups sour cream
    4 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Recipe



    Combine margarine, sugar, eggs and sour cream in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix throughly. Pour into a greased 15x10 jelly roll pan; sprinkle with cinnamon-Pecan topping.


    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serves 18-20

    CINNAMON-PECAN TOPPING:
    2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Use a fork to mix all ingredients together
