BBQ Beef Bake

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400F. Brown Ground Beef and onion in skillet. Stir in BBQ sauce. Spoon into 9X9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

In a seperate bowl, blend together baking mix, milk and eggs. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake 25 minutes or til the crust is light golden.
