Baked Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
5lb. red potatos ( cooked and cubed)
4 cups cubed cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 tbsp salt
1 lb bacon ( cooked and crumbled)
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp pepper
In large bowl, combine potatos and bacon. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add both mixtures and toss to coat. Bake in a greased 4 1/2 qt. baking dish, uncovered at 325 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
DO NOT USE GENERIC CHEESE. IT WILL BE FLOATING IN OIL. Trust me!!!!!!!!!!
