Recipe Introduction


This receipe came from one of my most favorite people in the whole wide world, god rest her soul...her name was Jann Bailey, my brothers first wife.

We eat these "Cheese Potatoes" All the time...


List of Ingredients




1 package of ORE IDA southern style hash browns
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small container of sour cream
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cups (or more if desired) of grated cheddar cheese

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, mixing each one after the other. Salt and pepper as desired. Spray 9x12 casserole dish with Pam and place in oven for 20 to 30 minutes, making sure middle of mixture is hot before removing from oven...

If you prefer you may sprinkle toasted bread crumbs on the top while baking.
