Holiday Potatoes

List of Ingredients
4 lb cooked potatoes with peel , chopped
1 cup chopped onion, sauteed in 1/4 cup Margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Mix all ingredients. Place in a 9X13 inch pan. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Spread 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs mixed with 3 TBSP butter over top. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
