Rich Chicken Noodle casserole

3 Cups Uncooked med. egg noodles
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
6 Tbsp grated Paremsan Cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
Cook noodles according to the package directions. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, 4 Tbsp Parmesan, Salt and Tabasco. Stir in Olives, noodles, and chicken. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate. One hour before serving, bake, covered at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for 25 additional minutes.
