    1982 BVI Holiday Goodies

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Cup Pet Milk
    1/2 Stick Butter
    1/2 tsp Vanilla

    Mix all the ingredients and pour into casserole.

    Topping:
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Pecans
    1/3 Cup Plain Flour
    1/3 Cup Melted Butter

    Mix all together and sprinkle on top of potatoes and bake for 35 minutes.
