    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs chuck roast, boneless and trimmed of all visible fat
    S&P to taste
    1 � caups ketchup
    1/8 cup honey
    � cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp Dijon mustard
    � cup bbq sauce
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder

    Recipe



    S&P Roast .

    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend together. Pour over Roast and cook on Low 8-10 Hours.

    Remove roast from crockpot and shred meat with fork. Return meat to crockpot , stir well to coat evenly with sauce. Cook for another hour and serve.

    Serves 6
