    4 - 5 lb. Rump Roast
    1 Pkg. Knorr French Onion Soup
    2 Cans Beef Broth (Swanson)
    1 Mexican Corona Beer (not lite)
    1/2 Tsp. Basil
    2 Minced Garlic Cloves
    2 Tsps. Sugar

    Place roast in Dutch oven. Score/slit meat on top and pour mixture over and into slits. Cook 1 hour per pound on 300 with lid on. Tear meat apart and serve on hard rolls or hoagie buns with a bowl of Au Jus sauce. Horseradish mayo is good also.
