    Queso for a Crowd

    2 lbs. Velveeta

    2 lbs. sausage;

    1 large onion chopped

    1 pkg. taco seasoning

    2-3 cans of refried beans

    3-4 cans Rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies*

    Cook sausage and onion together; rinse and drain.
    Stir together the meat,, taco seasoning and refried beans.
    Pour meat mixture into a crockpot.
    Pour tomatoes and cubed up cheese on top.
    Mix together and cook on low for 3-4 hours.


    Stir ocasionally.

    Serve with tortilla chips
