List of Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, (Browned and Drained)
1 Large Onion (chopped)
2 Cans Rotel (UNDRAINED)
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 6oz can tomato paste
2 16oz can pinto beans (drained)
3 cups water
1 small can diced green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cumin
Recipe
Put all in slow cooker; simmer 4 hours.
To serve top with grated cheese, chopped lettuce, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped avocado, tortilla chips or whatever you want.
Freezes like a dream.
