Spicy Apricot Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 1 lb. total)
1/4 c. Apricot spreadable fruit (like jelly/jam)
1/4 c. Fat Free Catalina Dressing
1 tabl. dried minced onions
2 tsp. dried parsley
Spray the crock pot with Butter Pam.
Put washed and dried chicken breasts in the pot. Mix the rest of the ingred. together in a small bowl and spread over chicken.
Cook on Low for 6 - 8 hours.
