    List of Ingredients






    6 Cups Shredded Asadero
    1 Cup Beer
    1 sm Onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp prepared Horseradish
    2-3 Jalapenos, seeded and minced
    2 Cloves Garlic , minced
    1 tsp hot sauce

    Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and stir. Cook on low heat until ingredients are melted together. Stir again and serve hot with warmed tortilla chips.
