List of Ingredients
1 Cup minced, unpeeled cucumber
1/2 Cup minced Hot Red Peppers
1 Cup minced Onions
1 Cup minced, unpeeled apples
3/4 TBSP Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Vinegar
Put Cucumbers, Peppers, Onions and apples through food chopper separately before measuring.
Combine vegetables, apples, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Mix well and put in jars without cooking.
