Sweet Potato casserole
4 lg Sweet Potatoes
1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple , drained
1 stick margarine , melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sm marshmallow (enough to cover)Recipe
Bake sweet potatoes until soft; peel and mash. Add pineapple, margarine, cinnamon and brown sugar. Put into a 9x14 inch Pyrex dish. Cover with marshmallows and bake at 350 until marshmallows are browned.
