Black Bean Salsa Dip

1 envelope zesty Italian salad dressing mix
2 cans black beans, drained
1 can Mexicorn or Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can original Rotel, drained
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
Prepare the salad dressing mix using the package directions. Combine the prepared dressing mix, black beans, corn, Rotel, cucumber, tomato, and onion in a bowl and mix well. Chill covered until ready to use. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Serves 6.
