List of Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, drained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced or 4 tsp. of minced garlic in the jar
2/3 c. medium Pace Picante Sauce
2 Tblsp. lime juice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp. dehydrated cilantro
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. Serve cold or at room temperature with Fritos Scoops.
Yields: About 5 to 6 cups
