List of Ingredients




1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups milk
6 eggs hard boiled, peeled and diced
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe



Melt Butter in a large saucepan over medium heat;stir in flour. Slowly add milk; continue stirring over medium heat. When desired thickness is reached, fold in eggs and heat through. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.

Makes 3 servings.
