    Use fresh corn cut from the cob, if you have it- YUM!

    List of Ingredients




    1 to 2 Tbsp Butter
    2 cups frozen corn, thawed
    9 eggs beaten
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add corn and cook until warmed through. reduce heat to low. Pour eggs over corn; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook and stir until done.

    Serves 6
