16 oz jar applesauce
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Recipe



Mix the three ingredients.

Spread it on a large piece of plastic wrap so that it measures about 1/4" thick.

Let it dry in the oven, with the door slightly ajar, at 150 degrees about 6-8 hours, or until it feels somewhat dry but still tacky.

Remove it from the plastic wrap, rolling it into jelly roll shape.

Then cut into smaller portions.

Store covered in your refrigerator.
