Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

1 - 4 lb beef Chuck Roast
meat tenderizer
1 onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup beef broth
2/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 T. worcestershire sauce
2 T. prepared mustard
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. honey
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 small jalapenos, chopped
1 T. liquid smoke
14 Kaiser rolls
Preparation -
Sprinkle meat tenderizer all over the beef roast. Bake at 350º for 2 hours or until tender. Remove the roast and let cool. In a large saucepan, add remaining ingredients. simmer for 10 minutes. Shred the roast and place in a large skillet. Pour the sauce over the beef and toss to coat all the meat. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring often to prevent the meat from sticking to the skillet. Serve on Kaiser rolls.
