Grilled Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBSP vinegar
1 Cup Sauerkraut , drained and coarsely chopped
2 TBSP onion
2 TBSP green pepper, finely chopped
1 TBSP Pimento , drained and diced
6 Bratwurst Recipe
Combine sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Combine sauerkraut, onion, green pepper and pimento. Add to Vinegar mix. Refrigerate 3 hours. Slit bratwursts until almost in two. Drain sauerkraut mix and spoon into the meat. Place on grill and cook until heated through.
