    List of Ingredients




    1-cup milk
    5-6 slices of bread( crust removed )
    2lbs ground beef
    1lb Italian sausage
    1/3 cup ricotta cheese
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    3 tsp kosher salt
    1 1/2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
    3 tsp black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
    4 garlic cloves minced
    About 1 cup of flour
    In a small bowl Tear up bread into small pieces, and pour milk over , let sit to soak up milk .
    In a large bowl add the rest of the ingredients ,then add in your bread milk mixture ..
    Once all incorporated start making your meatballs , I use a ice cream scoop to get the same size .
    I pan fry just till brown , then transfer to a cookie sheet and finish baking at 350 for about 30 -35 minutes
