List of Ingredients
1/4 Cup Oil
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups beef stock
3/4 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp Tabasco
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dry mustard

1 1/4 tsp coarse ground pepper
3 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp sugar

10 lbs spareribs
1/4 cup lemon juice
Recipe
In a small bowl combine oil, worcestershire sauce and cider vinegar. Slowly add the beef stock. Mix Throughly. Add the chili powder, Tabasco, garlic and dry mustard. Refrigerate for 24 hours before using.
In a small mixing bowl blend together the pepper, salt ,paprika and sugar.
Sprinkle the ribs with the fresh lemon juice.
Rub with the seasoning mixture. Place on a warm section of the grill. Cook slowly for 1 hour per slab of ribs. Brush Tabasco mixture on the ribs as they are cooking.
Serve remaining sauce on the side.
