    fill small bags with this sweet crunchy mix to take about on a leaf walk

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup whole almonds
    2 cups mini pretzels
    1 cup sweetened, dried cranberries
    1 egg white
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    spread almonds evenly on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes, until nuts are slightly toasted. Cool completely. reduce oven to 225 . In a large bowl, combine almonds pretzels and cranberries; set aside.

    In a small bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Pour egg white over almond mixture and toss until well coated. combine sugar , cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. sprinkle over the top and toss until well coated.

    Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet . Bake for 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes .

    Cool completely on baking sheet . Store in an airtight container.

    Makes 5 cups.
