3 eggs -- beaten
dash milk
1 1/2 cups flour
salt & pepper
4 cube steak
White sauce:
2 Tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 cup milk
Take a cube steak, dip it in the egg & milk mixture, then dredge it in flour.
Cook in frying pan on
medium heat until browned. Season with salt & pepper. Top w/ white sauce
White sauce:
In small saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook & stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbly. Cook & stir 1-2 minutes more.
