List of Ingredients




1 med onion
1 Tbsp oil
28 oz can Whole Tomatoes
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped

Recipe



In a 4 qt saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, potatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil ; reduce heat and simmer , covered for 10 minutes. Add vegetables and chicken,simmer, covered for 25 minutes.
