    Oven Beef Rice

    1 can beef bouillon
    1/2 can white rice (not instant)
    1/4 can water
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/4 c. butter

    Saute onion in butter until soft. Pour all ingredients into a greased casserole dish (1 1/2 quart) and cook for 1 hour at 350º (covered).
