List of Ingredients
1 TBSP Olive oil
2 Cups cooked white rice
Large pinch Saffron
Salt to taste
dash cayenne pepper
dash paprika
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced pimiento
1/2 cup chicken stock (or beef stock)Recipe
In a skillet, heat olive oil and saute onion. Add rice and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add Saffron, salt, pepper and paprika. Blend in green pepper and pimiento. Add meat stock and 1/2 cup water and cook, covered until green pepper is tender.
