I take 2 hash brown patties that you buy at the store, and sandwich cheese and onion between them. Then just coat them in butter and wrap em up in foil, throw em on the grill and done. If you like it spicy use pepper jack and jalapenos. If you don't want to use butter, be sure to coat the foil with Pam or the hash browns will stick
