List of Ingredients
1 Can black beans (prepackage in a zip-top bag)
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Red Pepper, Chopped
2 TBSP of Chili Powder
1 Cup Instant Potatoes
1/2 Packet of Instant Tomato Soup
1 oz Cheddar, Hot Sauce
Saute Onion and Pepper in Olive Oil; add Chili Powder. Add Tomato Soup, two cups Water and Beans. Cook for Five minutes and add Potatoes. Too Thick? Add Water. Top with Cheese. Serves Two.
