List of Ingredients
Lettuce
2 Chopped Hard boiled eggs
3 Avocados, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced green olives
small salad onion cut into thin rings
Paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Oil and Vinegar dressing Recipe
Line a salad bowl with the bigger leaves of the lettuce, then chop the rest. Place thinly sliced avocado and olives on the salad. Sprinkle with chopped egg and add onions. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Use a basic oil and vinegar dressing. (serves 6)
