1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS olive oil
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (14-oz) can green beans, drained
1 (14-oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14-oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup onion, minced

Recipe



Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and seasonings. Mix well. Pour over beans, garlic and onion. Toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
