    List of Ingredients




    1 (16oz) can Le Sueur Peas
    1 (16oz) can French-Style green beans
    1 (11oz) can shoe peg corn
    1 med onion , finely chopped
    1 med bell pepper, chopped fine
    3/4 cup finely chopped celery
    1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
    2 Tbsp chopped Pimentos


    Dressing:
    1/2 cup Sugar
    1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Drain peas, beans and corn. Mix with other vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients; heat dressing until sugar dissolves. Cool; pour over vegetables, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
