List of Ingredients
12 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 fresh tomato , chopped
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 TBSP chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Cilantro , crushed leaves
4 TBSP white vinegar Recipe
IN a bowl , mix all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with avocado slices (serves 4)
