List of Ingredients




3 Cups Green , Green and Black Olives slided off the pit.
7 oz jar roasted red peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp Capers, drained
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
6 Tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe



Toss all ingredients together and store in a tightly covered glass jar in the refrigerator. This salad improves with age and is delicious on many sandwiches .
