Sauerkraut Cream Cheese Loaf

List of Ingredients
29oz can sauerkraut
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese , grated
2 TBSP onion, chopped
2 TBSP Pimento, chopped
3 TBSP green pepper, chopped
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 TBSP sugar
stuffed green olives, sliced
8oz pkg cream cheese, softened Recipe
Drain sauerkraut and squeeze dry. mix all ingredients except cream cheese. Shape into a loaf and chill overnight. Top with cream cheese "Icing" andn garnish with olives.
