    List of Ingredients




    1 Large Head of Cabbage (napa) Halved and thinly sliced
    1 bunch of green onions/scallions , sliced
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 yellow pepper, diced
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro , chopped coarsely
    3/4 cups slivered almonds
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodle soup, dry noodles crushed
    4 tbsp melted butter



    DRESSING:
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup splenda -or- 1/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

    Recipe



    Preheat Oven to 325 F

    Combine cabbage, scallions, bell pepper and cilantro in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This can be done in advance.

    In a bowl, toss together almonds, seasame seeds, crushed ramen noodles and melted butter. Sprinkle with both seasoning packets from the ramen noodles and toss to mix well. Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Cool. This can also be done in advance.

    When your ready to serve the salad, whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss cabbage and nut-noodle mix with enough dressing to lightly coat. ***You will NOT use ALL the dressing***

    Makes 6-8 Servings.
