1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dill
1/4 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb crab meat
Butter, softened
4 slices french bread
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
In a medium bowl blend together the sour cream and fresh lemon juice. Add the dill and dry mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain and flake the crab meat . Add it to the sour cream mixture. Butter slices of french bread. Spread an even layer of crab mixture over the top. Add slices of avocado and top with remaining slices of french bread.
