Salami Submarine w/ Olive oil

List of Ingredients
18 inch long loaf of crusty french bread
1 quart olive salad
1/4 lb Genea Salami, thinly sliced
1/4 lb Swiss cheese, thinly sliced Recipe
Open the bread lengthwise but dont cut all the way through to the other side.
Scoop out some of the bread from each half . Divide the olive salad and pack into each half. Layer salami and cheese in rows down each half of the sandwich.
Close the halves together and wrap tightly in heavy aluminum foil. To fully blend flavors, place a heavy book on top of the sandwich and allow it to rest for a few hours. When ready to serve , slice into 2 inch portions.
