Goes great on a good filet mignon.
List of Ingredients
1 Small Onion
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp terragon vinegar
2 Egg Yolk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chopped parsley
Recipe
Chop 1 quarter small onion very fine. Add to one and one halfs tbsp each of water and terragon vinegar. Pour on gradually the lightly beaten yolks of two eggs, one-fourth tsp salt and one-eighth tsp paprika. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, then add two tbsp melted butter and one-half tsp chopped parsley.
