Pumpkin Soup

List of Ingredients
1 Med Onion , chopped
2 Tbsp Butter
20 oz chicken broth
1 (16oz) can pumpkin
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
1 tsp salt
Dash of Pepper
1 cup Half and Half
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Saute Onion in butter. Add Broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Add pumpkin, chilies and seasonings. Stir well with a wire whisk. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. add half and half and cheese. Heat throughly, do not boil. Recipe
