Serves 4-6
List of Ingredients
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped celery
3 TBSP butter
3 TBSP flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 C milk
1 bay leaf
1 boiled lobster / 2 small boiled lobster tails cut into bite size chunks
2 C cream
salt and pepper to taste
4 TBSP Sherry Recipe
saute the onion and celery in the butter until tender.
Add flour and nutmeg, stir well.
Add the milk, stirring constantly. Then add the bay leaf. Cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Reduce the heat.
Add the Lobster, cream, salt, pepper and sherry. Heat but do not boil again. Remove the bay leaf.
