    1 c. Tomato Juice
    1 Tbsp. dark brown Sugar
    2 Tbsp. Tapioca
    Vegetables (Potatoes,Celery, Onion, Carrots, CUT IN HALF)

    In a Large Casserole Dish combine ingredients , Cover and place in 250 F Oven for 4 to 5 Hours.
