List of Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup oil
1 8oz can sliced potatoes
1 1lb can beef stew
1 8oz can tomatoes
1 2oz can corn
1 8oz can green beans
1 cup red wine (opt)
1 Tbsp mixed chopped herbs (thyme,oregano and basil)
4 cups bouillon
salt and pepper
Parmesan Cheese
In a saucepan cook onion in oil until soft, add potatoes and cook 4 minutes. Add all other ingredients except the cheese and heat to boiling. Season to taste and simmer 20 minutes. Serve Sprinkled with Parmesan.
