I was given this recipe by a friend who has a cabin in the mountians. It's become a family favorite.


List of Ingredients




9 oz pkg au gratin potato mix
15 oz can corn
14 1/2 oz can tomatoes with chilies
2 1/2 cup water
16 oz pkg Velvetta , cubed
2 Cups milk

Recipe



Combine potato mix with cheese sauce packet, corn, tomatoes and water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes; stirring often. Add cheese and milk; cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Makes 4 servings
